Three Surprising Foods You Can Wrap in Bacon

1. Bacon Wrapped Ice Cream

Bacon. You love it. I love it. The one of the world’s most delicious constellation of molecules. Bacon wrapped ice cream is incredible.

Ingredients:
(6) Ice cream (fashioned into a 1″ x 1″ by 3″ piece)
(6) Bacon Slices
1 Tank of Liquid Nitrogen

Begin:
You freeze a 1″ x 1″ by 3″ piece of ice cream, any flavor, although Salted Caramel is best. Then, you dip that piece of ice cream into liquid nitrogen. This freezes it to -321 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, you cook a piece of bacon in the microwave until its almost crispy, but still pliable. USING GLOVES remove the ice cream log from the liquid nitrogen and using your free also-gloved hand, you wrap it around the ice cream. Wah lah!

2. Bacon Wrapped Tacos

You eat it and think – where has this been? It all sounds simple after the fact, but don’t be fooled bacon wrapped tacos are the best treat you may have never thought of yet.

Ingredients:
(1) Taco
(1) Bacon Slices

Begin:
Pre-hear the oven to 400 degrees.
A taco is a beautiful thing, so take it and lay it down on a solid surface with care and ease. Beside the taco, lay out a stipe of bacon. Pick up the taco and place it on top of the bacon in a cross-ways manor. Wrap the bacon around the taco in a circular fashion. Once, wrapped ironically like a bacon burrito, proceed to place the taco onto a baking sheet and bake until the bacon is golden brown or about 10-12 minutes. This recipe can and should be used with multiple tacos, as many as you can fit without touching each other on the baking sheet. Wah lah!
Beware of bacon of the bacon drippings, your wife may punch you if you drink them.

3. Bacon Wrapped Dr. Peppers

Knock me down and take my boots. These peppers are so good you may lose your mind. Imagine a bowl made of bell pepper and filled with goodness, and oh yeah – Dr. Dagon Pepper, baby.

Ingredients:
(4) Assorted Color Bell Peppers
(8) Bacon Slices
1 8 oz pkg Cream Cheese
1 8 oz pkg cheddar cheese
2 12 oz cans Dr. Pepper
2 medium potatoes
2 tbs oil

Begin:
Pre-hear the oven to 325 degrees.
Dice potatoes, salt and brown them in the oil on medium-high heat. If you burn them, try it again and never give up on yourself. Put potatoes aside. Cut the peppers in half, left and right. Trim the stem side so it will turn and make a bowl. Arrange pepper halves on a greased baking sheet.
Lightly salt and spoon 1 oz of cream cheese into each pepper bowl. Add potatoes to the rim of the pepper. Pour in 1 oz of Dr. Pepper. Wrap the pepper around the waist with bacon and top with 1 oz of cheddar cheese. Bake for one hour. Serve hot, but not hot enough to inflict 3rd-degree burns if someone clumbsy gets ahold of one.
